What a buyer should know

The hardware rarely disappoints; the procurement questions do. NDAA and similar rules restrict DJI for some government and defence buyers in certain markets, so eligibility has to be checked before a fleet decision, not after. Parts and service also run through authorised channels, which matters for warranty on anything bought grey-market.
