Overview
The Makeblock mBot2 (also sold as mBot Neo) is an entry-level programmable robot for the classroom. It runs on the ESP32-based CyberPi controller — a quad-core board with a full-colour display, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth — so students progress from Scratch blocks to Python, and on to IoT and AI, all in the free mBlock software. Encoder motors give precise motion, a 4-channel RGB sensor follows lines and detects colour, and a 2nd-gen ultrasonic sensor measures distance.
